StratAIgen was founded to close the gap between AI strategy and AI delivery. We'd seen the same pattern play out again and again: a promising strategy deck that never became a working system, or a flashy prototype with no plan for adoption, governance, or ROI.
So we built a firm that does both — the strategic thinking that points effort at the right problems, and the hands-on engineering that turns that thinking into software your team actually uses.
